8 months!

Dominic is 8 months old today! We just can't believe it! In the past week and a half, Dominic has learned how to crawl and pull himself to a standing position. We even had to lower his crib mattress so he couldn't hang over the side rail....and give his Mommy a heart attack! His favorite foods are chicken, carrots, butternut squash and bananas. He still wants nothing to do with a sippy cup or yogart melts but we're working on it! He loves to babble "mama" and "yayaya" and can wave to people and the house furniture too!

One Sweet Anniversary

One year ago today we found out we were expecting a little boy! Today, we have an almost 8 month-old weighing in at 19 1/2 lbs. and 27 1/2 inches long. It's amazing how time flies. We were so excited to meet him....and he's more wonderful than we could have ever expected!

Pic of the Week!

So in honor of the start of baseball season, I thought I would post this pic of our little man in his first Orioles baseball cap. The opening day home game in Baltimore was on Friday against the Toronto Bluejays. We ended up losing the game but we're still showing our team spirit!

Here are some pics from Dom's 1st Easter. We made him a little basket with toys, books and gadgets for his new highchair. We were still in the hotel waiting to move in to our new house so we couldn't get too elaborate with the gifts. :D
